We’re in search of a driven college student with technical aptitude to join our growing Revenue Operations team. You’ll succeed in this role if you’re a highly analytical and process-driven individual looking to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing field of Revenue Operations. You will play a crucial supporting role in optimizing our sales, marketing, and customer success processes to drive efficiency and revenue growth. This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn the intricacies of a modern go-to-market strategy, work with cutting-edge CRM and sales enablement tools, and contribute directly to our success.
You will work closely with our Revenue Operations manager, gaining exposure to data analysis, process improvement, technology administration, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, proactive, and passionate about leveraging data to solve business challenges.
This role will be office based from our HQ office in Cork City.
Responsibilities
Data Management & Analysis:
Assist in maintaining data integrity within our CRM (e.g., Hubspot) and other sales/marketing platforms.
Support the creation of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales, marketing, and customer success.
Help analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential roadblocks in the revenue funnel.
Process Improvement Support:
Assist in documenting current revenue operations processes and identifying areas for optimization.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Help create training materials and documentation for sales, marketing, and customer success teams on new processes or tools.
Technology Administration & Support:
Provide support for the administration and maintenance of our RevOps tech stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement tools).
Assist with user access management, basic configuration, and troubleshooting for various platforms.
Learn about system integrations and data flows between different tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand their needs and support their operational requirements.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on strategy and execution.
