Role
Keelvar is a fast-growing and award-winning provider of modern e-sourcing optimization and AI-powered automation software for global procurement. Owing to growth, we are seeking a motivated, energetic and results-focused professional to drive sales success as a Business Development Representative (BDR). You will have responsibility for outreach and communication to inbound contacts expressing interest in Keelvar and our solutions, with the goal of educating and engaging those individuals for business sales opportunities. You will also work on outbound, targeted research and prospecting to target accounts in partnership with our selling team.
You will be measured on the number of qualified sales engagements they secure each month. There are additional financial bonuses for over-performance against target goals as well as for generated engagements that advance to sales pipeline opportunities.

Responsibilities
Our BDR team are the engine of our sales efforts and as part of that team, you will be developing sales opportunities for Keelvar every day by:
  • Working with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted approaches to specific accounts.
  • Following up on new leads and inquiries generated by marketing campaigns, ensuring that existing leads are maintained with a focus on improving engagement.
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure that appropriate further discovery meetings are scheduled for opportunities
  • Monitoring and refining data reporting to show outreach coverage and outcomes, with goal of continuous improvement to drive better results over time.
  • Becoming a Subject Matter Expert on Keelvar’s SaaS offerings, ensuring that you are aware of procurement and supply chain trends and aware of BDR best practices 
  • Generating reports to show outreach coverage and outcomes with goal of continuous improvement to drive better results over time.
  • Ensuring all data is maintained accurately in Hubspot. 
Your profile
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in business or sales development. Ideally you will have SaaS B2B enterprise sales experience 
  • You have a positive, customer first attitude with a desire to help them reach and exceed their goals. 
  • You like working with motivated people; and you strive to build relationships and delight customers. 
  • You are self motivated and driven to achieve; you enjoy setting yourself goals and exceeding them. 
  • You thrive in an environment of mutual respect, openness and collaboration. You enjoy getting things done at a quick pace. 
  • Familiarity with sales CRM tools i.e. Hubspot (an advantage but not essential), Salesforce, Outreach, etc. 
  • Candidates must be based in Ireland, UK or Germany.
